职位描述：
1. Be responsible for CIP work and lead CIP project running.
负责持续改善工作并主导持续改善项目的运行。
2. Build up and maintain CIP system and culture with all related team together.
与部门成员一起建立并维护持续改善体系，并在公司推广持续改善文化。
3. Make data collected and analyzed from all areas of business to look for improvement opportunities as well as suggest and implement best practices. Leading manufacturing process each link of continuous improvement and optimization.
收集并进行数据分析，寻找持续改善机会并推动落实。主导制造过程各环节的持续改进和优化。
4. Responsible for factory automation project, organization, propulsion, implementation and acceptance.
负责工厂自动化项目的制定，组织，推进，实施和验收。
5. Responsible for internal training about automation.
负责自动化操作的内部培训。
6. Conduct 5S audit, initiate and follow up improvement actions accordingly. (such as standardization, visualization, labeling …)
组织5S审核，推动并跟进改善项的进展（如标准化，可视化，定置管理等）。
7. Be involved in EHS issue and drive to eliminate safety risk in factory with team together.
关注EHS项目并与相关部门一起消除生产过程中的安全隐患。
8. Organize regular project review meeting for actions follow up to drive improvement project completed within defined time-frame.
组织持续改善项目的定期回顾，保证持续改善项目在计划时间内顺利完成。
9. Manage and give support when needed for cross-functional improvement project with training, mentoring and consulting.
对其它部门的持续改善项目参与管理并在需要时给与技术上的培训、支持、辅导。
10. Give support and receive other task from management to eliminate waste and improve efficiency and cost saving.
给与管理层提供支持并接受相关消除浪费、提高效率、降低成本的工作任务。
11. Tools ordered and managed for continuous improvement.
持续改善工具的采购并管理。

岗位要求：
1. Over 5 years work experience in manufacturing industry.
5年以上机械加工制造行业工作经验。
2. With lean production knowledge is necessary.
必备的精益生产知识。
3. With automation project work experience is preferred.
有自动化改善项目管理经验者可优先考虑。
4. With EHS experience is preferred.
有EHS工作经验者可优先考虑。
5. Familiar with machining process.
了解机械加工工艺。
6. Excellent communication skill, problem solving as well as presentation.
良好的沟通能力，问题解决能力以及演讲能力。
7. Good English listening, reading, speaking, and writing skill.
熟练的英语听、读、说、写能力。
8. Able to use CAD and skillful on office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT…
可以使用CAD绘图软件及熟练应用各种办公软件。
9. Responsible for design and manufacturing process improvement is required in the tooling, tool and so on.
负责设计制造过程改善中需要的工装，工具等方案；
10. Self-Motivated, proactive, personal energy to welcome and deal with the speed of change and can work under pressure.
