职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Process control and improvement 工艺控制及改进

1.Evaluate and improve the process to keep all operation in safe condition 评估并改进工艺确保所有工艺的生产安全性
2. Work with other department to establish related document to control all key process, such as work instruction, standard work, FMEA etc. 同其他部门协作制定相应控制标准文件，完成对关键工艺的管控，如作业指导书，工艺标准书，FMEA等
3. Cooperate with quality department to improve quality level continuously. Solve problem when it happened. 与质量部门协作，持续提高工艺质量，解决过程中发现的问题。
4. Control budget and reduce the operation cost. 控制生产预算，降低工艺成本。

B. New product transfer

1. Cooperate with other team member well in project. 配合新品项目的其他部门
2. Responsible for related document and flow chart establishment, tools and production line preparation before mass production in time. 负责在大生产前，完成对工艺相关标准文件的制定及生产线的准备工作。
3. Follow the whole process from pilot batch to mass production, meanwhile, train the worker as well. 跟踪整个工艺开发流程，从试产至大生产。同时，培训相关操作人员。

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
? More than 2 years in related field. 两年以上相关行业从业经历
? Familiar with Beauty Products (Skin Care, Shower Gel, Perfume…) 熟悉美容类产品（护肤，沐浴露，香水）
? Compounding process experience preferred 有配制工艺经验优先
? Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience. 化工相关的本科及以上学历
? Proven Innovative thinking. Self-starter and motivated to succeed. 有创新的思维，有自我驱动的精神
? English is good in writing, reading and oral. 良好的英语能力，书写，阅读，口语
? Logic thinking and work in stress 有逻辑思维，能在压力条件下工作
