1. Collect each department purchase demand
收集各部门采购需求
2. Responsible for the timely issue purchase orders to the supplier and make sure the signature and seal of the supplier within the allotted time of return
负责及时向供方发出采购订单并确保供方在规定时间内签字盖章回传;
3. . Responsible for the order billing and maintenance, and provide the supplier must pay rates before the end of each month and cooperate with the degree of data to the internal control specialist in order to evaluate the level of the supplier;
负责订单账务的整理与维护,并每月底前提供供方准交率和配合度数据给内控专员以对供方水平进行评价;
4. The end of every month on time with the supplier to account, the account is clear, in a timely manner to the formalities;
每月底按时与供方对帐,帐目清晰,及时办理请款手续;
5. Timely handling non-conforming and repairable product;
及时处理不良品和可修复品;
6.Timely and accurate implement ECN request change content;
及时准确执行ECN要求变更内容;
7.To assist IQC, logistics tracking for supplier claim payment;
协助IQC，物流对供应商索赔款项进行追踪;
8. Integration of the purchase order delivery, transport frequency control to reduce procurement costs, within the required range of material or have difficulty in purchasing the special material for a long period of time to head to remind or Suggestions;
整合采购订单交期,控制运输频次在要求范围内从而降低采购费用,对长周期物料或采购有 困难的特殊物料给主管以提醒或建议;
9. For each material supply planning advice to cancel orders in material inspection, will really need to cancel orders, negotiate with the supplier to cancel, can't cancel the order feedback to product and material internal control specialist.
针对每次物料规划供应量中建议取消订单的物料进行检查,将确实需要取消的订单与供方协商取消,无法取消的订单反馈给新品和呆料内控专员;
10. Responsible for related clerical work, ensure that all data available option;
负责相关文职工作，确保所有资料可查可取;
11. Strictly abide by the company in all kinds of management system and program files, follow instructions to complete other jobs assigned by superior temporary.
严格遵守公司的各项管理制度和程序文件,服从指令完成上级临时交办的其它工作.
