岗位要求：

1. 良好的英语听说读写；

Good command Both Oral and written English skill;

2. 具有机械电子，气动和液压知识。熟悉自动化设备元气件如：传感器，气缸，电磁阀，马达或PLC 编程

Know mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge .Familiar with

, familiar with electrical components application such as Sensor, cylinder,

solenoid valve, motor and PLC Programming .

3. 熟悉绘图软件AUTO-CAD、PRO-ENGINEER 等软件，熟练操作microsoft office软件；

Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD 、PRO-ENGINEER software, master the Microsoft office software;

岗位职责 ：

1. Responsible for trouble shooting, Ensure all the equipment operation smoothly.

负责生产线设备问题解决，确保生产设备的正常运行

2. Prepare instructions, guide lines and training to the operators

related to how to make daily checking and keep the equipments in a proper way

准备指导文件,培训生产线员工进行日常检查和保证设备在一定状态

3. Compile and manage the machine card, collect the machine’s data and information, and monitor the implementation of PM

制作并管理设备管理卡，整理收集设备资料信息，对预防性维护计划的执行进行监督；

4. Improve the machine out of order, and ensure the machine run in a good status;

改善产线问题设备，保证设备良好的运行状态；

5. 支持前期产线规划，编写电控部分的技术规范，并参与产线验收；

Provide support to the new projects on the line design, compile the technical requirement for the new line, and participate in the line authorization process;

6. Complete other assignments given by supervisors.

服从上级安排，完成上级交办的其他工作；
