Responsibilities:
Responsible for company’s P&L
In charge national sales, plant all function operation management
Liaising with headquarter sales, taking care of rolling business plan, sales forecast
Manage Sales & Marketing to ensure success of growing China sales
Defined market strategy, new product strategy, established yearly/monthly revenue, margin and forecast process
Reinforced financial control, introduced standard cost, budget/forecast, ceil-price and credit control. Setup cost center and enhanced variance management
Create annual budgets for capital expenditures and operating expenses and closely control and monitor actual operating expenses against budget, full responsibility for independent P&L
Review manufacturing overhead and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the plant
Anticipate and satisfy all government requirements for plant operations, manage and resolve all other matters that affect completion and ultimate operation of the plant
Implement, review and improve management systems to achieve company normal operations and quality objectives
Implement policies and goals in alignment with corporate policies, strategic plan and philosophies
Set review and revise objectives for each department to ensure required level of performance
Accomplish quality and timely product delivery through direct supervision and leadership of plant workforce and encourage customer-focused philosophy
Instill low cost & high quality philosophy including cost reduction and unnecessary waste to ensure each function is cost-effective
Communicate and report operational achievements and issues to corporate top management

Requirement:
B.S.,MBA preferred
Rich sales experience, strong sales management and channel management ability
Experienced in distributor management
More than 15 years sales experience,5 years general manager/national sales director experience at least
Solid sales/plant operation experience
Building materials or related industry experience will be preferred
MNC experience
Strong in leadership
Results-oriented, achievements-oriented and detail-oriented
Familiar with contemporary operational techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc
Good problem solving and good communication ability
Good negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and good influential skills
Flexibility with regards to work schedule to assure immediate response to circumstances
Good team builder and motivator
