Responsibilities
· Schedule Tracker of (currently) 5 idX Field Associates, focusing idX resources on new programs, new vendors, and production issues.
1. Ability to recognize, react and re-redeploy idX associates to any potential QA production/execution trouble spots.
2. Ensure new programs and new vendors receive priority attention from idX resources.
3. Ensure resources are focused on specific job responsibilities, and balance crossover as needed. Need to empower our available resources.
· Implementation of idX QMS amongst (5) Core Xiamen suppliers.
1. Focus on Continious Improvement.
2. Bi-annual audits of (5) Core Xiamen suppliers.
3. Track and Measure results from QMS audit.
4. Install or train vendors to replicate idX Best Practices and Fundamentals in order for vendor to become self-sufficient. idX Field associate to move into an auditing role, not an execution role.
· Relationship Builder
1. Must develop a professional, constructive relationship with vendors.
2. Must be fair with vendors.
· Independent Decision Maker + Relationship Building
1. Must be able to document and resolve problems without delay.
2. Professional assertiveness.
· Coaching
1. Expand inclusion of Field associates looking for “hidden” talent.
2. Career path existing associates and prepare them for growth.
Experience/Requirements
· Good spoken and written bi-lingual language skills.
· Positive attitude.
· 5-10 years direct experience in store fixture industry with focus on QA and problem resolution with respect to vendor production.
· Ability to manage a growing office staff.
· Willingness to train an organization for growth via Team Building.
· Off-hours availability for calls with North America/other idX Divisions.
· Strong computer skills.
· Understands the importance of deadlines and timelines. 举报 分享
