职位描述
Position: Northern Regional Sales Manager-Railway
Report to: Head of Railway Sales Unit
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
? Participates in formulating End Users, OEM development activities and ensures effective implementation to grow End Users, OEM business.
? Continuously develops sales team competencies and leads the team to implement effective sales approach to add value to customers and the company
? Effectively plans and utilizes sales resources to optimize business opportunities and productivity
? Acquires market and competition information, translates it into intelligence and shares with related parties to identify new business opportunities
? Develop new customer and business base to support the company business development.
? A reviews service provided to customers and identifies/implements improvement actions to ensure customer satisfaction, e.g. speed in responding customers' technical/commercial enquiry, technical support, reliability, etc.
? Reviews customers' performance and identifies improvement actions to secure the interest of the company, e.g. credit days, stock held, etc.
? Reviews and evaluates price level and other related cost to secure the company profitability and competitiveness.
Requirements:
? Degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or business management
? Self motivation and autonomy when dealing with important tasks.
? Able to think strategically, formulate plan and follow through target achievement
? Has marketing and sales planning skills, with good business acumen
? Sufficient technical knowledge of mechanical or bearing application and manufacturing process
? Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
? 5 years working experience in industrial sales, preferably with railway area, 3 years working experience in managerial position, preferably in multinational company
