工作要求Job Requirements

1. 本科以上学历，五年以上工作经验，

Bachelor degree or above, 5 years work experience or above;

2. 熟悉MS Office软件及一种以上常用ERP系统如SAP、QAD等；

Good knowledge of MS office and 1 or above main ERP software such as SAP, QAD and etc;

3. 熟练掌握冲压或注塑等产品的工艺工程，成本结构和市场状况；

Good understanding of manufacturing process, cost structure and market of stamping and/or injection molding components;

4. 具备一定的财务分析能力；

Have financial analysis ability;

5. 优秀的沟通协调能力和谈判技巧;

Good communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills;

6. 优秀的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力。

Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability.

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 负责伟速达中国采购数据库建设和维护工作;

Responsible for purchasing database creation and maintenance in VAST China;

2. 负责项目物料成本评估，支持获取新业务；

Responsible material cost estimation to support new business acquisition;

3. 负责公司主要物料的目标成本建立，优化采购成本；

Responsible to set "should cost" of main commodities to optimize purchasing cost;

4. 协助采购员进行成本分析及新项目供应商推荐；

Support buyer to conduct cost analysis and supplier recommendation for new project;

5. 协助公司VAVE工作，持续优化公司成本结构；

Support company VAVE activities to optimize company cost structure continuously;

6. 效力和效率方面的持续性改进;

Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency;

7. 支持其他部门的工作;

Support other department;
