职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1.Implement and maintain Fourth Shift systems,
2.Design, document and implement sound internal controls, accounting procedures for financial areas:
1)Cash management
2)Tax Reporting
3)Capital Expenditure
3.Meet Month End Closing Deadlines:
1)Reviewed all journal entries and prepared all journal entries accrual expense etc. in Oracle system
2)Monthly expense report.
3)Monthly/quarterly/annual package.
4)Local financial, statistics & taxation report.
5)Weekly cash flow forecast.
4.Special Projects:
1)Continual analysis of costs with aim of reducing company costs and improving efficiency
2)Timely responsiveness to Local government’s requests for information and documents.
3)Liaise to tax bureau and other related department to handle our export business’ tax return.
4)Analyzing trial balance account after each monthly closing, prepare an analysis report to show the story of each trial balance account.
5)Together with cashier to count the cash collection in an appropriate time basis.
5.Provide the necessary support to Finance Manager to prepare other management report and annual budget if needed.

Job qualifications:
1.University degree with a major of finance or accounting
2.Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting department with at least 2 years of GL accountant working experience in a multi-national enterprise.
3.Have some skill in financial analysis.
4.Ability to prepare tax return schedule.
5.Good communication skill, able to set up a good relationship with state and local tax bureau and other government department.
6.Strong knowledge in China GAAP and tax policy, familiar with US GAAP is preferred.
7.CPA is preferred
8.Good in reading, written and spoken English. Good computer skill
9.Experienced in accounting software, Oracle/Hyperion system experience is preferred
