职位描述：

MAIN ACTIVITIES
1. Developing, implement and maintain the quality system and environmental, health & safety system, such as TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and that including the requirements from customers such as QSB and etc.
建立、执行并保持质量、环境、健康和安全体系，如TS16949, ISO14001和 OHSAS18001，包括客户要求建立的体系如QSB等。
2. Effectively plan & organize internal ISO audits, in process audit, customer audit and 3rd party audits.
有效地规划和组织内部ISO审计，过程审计，客户审核和第三方审核。
3. Liase with government agencies, ensure factory is compliance with the rules and regulation of safety and environment.
与有关的政府部门沟通，确保公司符合相关政策及条例的要求。
4. Support, implement APS methodology.
帮助并实施欧拓精益方法。
5. Coordinate the 2nd and 3rd party audit include preparation, and corrective action report following up.
协调第二方和第三方的审核准备工作并追踪审核改善报告的及时回复。
6. Organizing and implementing plant quality system internal audit and management review, following-up and verifying corrective actions.
组织并实施质量体系的内审和管理评审，以及改善措施的追踪及执行确认。
7. When necessary, shall supporting purchasing dept to do the evaluation or audit in supplier side.
必要时，需协助采购部进行供应商的评估及审核工作。
8. Management of plant quality system document control center.
管理公司质量体系文件控制中心。
9. Coordinate with third party with related issues for CCC certification and surveillance audit.
同第三方机构协调关于3C认证及监督审核的相关事宜。
10. Organizing and building plant quality target system-KPI, and following-up the targets completeness status.
组织建立公司的质量目标-KPI并追踪目标的完成情况。
11. Find the opportunity of continued improvement in quality and environmental management and organize team to improve them.
发现质量及环境管理过程中的持续改善计划并组织小组进行改善。
12. Train personnel about quality management system requirements in plant level.
对公司员工进行质量管理体系要求的培训。
13. Support to set up, implement and monitor an effective mechanism to promote 6S system in various areas.
支持建立、实施和监控在公司各个区域推动6S的有效机制。
14. Other tasks assigned from superior.
上级安排的其他工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS (请忽略以上薪资范围）

Bachelor degree or above本科学历以上
Minimum 3 year experience worked in quality system related job 3年以上的质量体系岗位经验
Good Written and reading English英语读写良好:
Understand of ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949;了解ISO9000, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001的相关知识
Understand the related vehicle laws, regulations and standards of safety and environment.了解相关的汽车产品、安全和环境的法律法规及标准；
Familiar with APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA & Control plan熟悉五大工具
In the past decade there for at least three years of work experience in the automotive industry, OEMs and / or Tier One suppliers‘ work experience, particularly familiar with the Ford Q1 system is preferred
在过去的十年内至少有三年以上在汽车行业 的工作经验，主机厂和或一级供应商工作经验者，尤其熟悉Ford 体系运作流程者优先考虑
