职责Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate physical lab team for assigned tasks
- Define instruction for above tasks Arrange and follow up work of the team
- Define resources and development needs of the team
- Continue improve effective and efficiency work in physical lab
- Development expert and Improve the qualification of team members
要求Requirements:
- Bachelor degree for material
- 5years’ related working experience for heat treatment and manufacturing
- Knowledge of material science
- Leadership and communication skill
