职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责拟定、修正完善及实施公司管理制度、工作流程及相关政策；
2、协调相关部门人员完成公司人力资源体系文件的编制，包括招聘、岗位分析与岗位说明、培训、员工工作手册、考核、薪酬体系等系统文件；
3、按照公司各部门用人需求及部门定编，负责公司员工招聘工作，制定招聘计划，组织实施各项招聘活动；
4、拟定公司员工培训目标、方针，建立培训体系及人力资源开发规划和培训计划；
5、总结培训结果、评估培训质量，建立员工个人学习档案、技术档案，描述记载员工素质及能力提高的动态资料；
6、负责管理员工劳动关系、绩效考核、职称考核、劳保福利、薪资核算等工作并办理有关手续；
7、负责员工沟通，了解员工情况，掌握员工思想，及时提出对策或建议；
8、负责员工各类重要证件的办理（包括外籍人员就业证）；
9、协助实施公司的企业文化建设，组织开展有关各项活动；
10、 协助公司各部门经理处理有关人力资源工作的咨询和支持；
11、 对本部门工作负主要责任，监督指导下属的工作。
岗位要求：
1、人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历，英语6级以上；
2、五年以上人力资源管理工作经验；
3、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用； 举报 分享
