职位描述：
? Management representative of EHS Management System in the plant
? Organizer and holder of plant EHS committee
? Set up plant annually EHS target and action plans, following up those action plans to be fulfilled
? Implement the group MEHS directives and policies
? systematically evaluate the impacts from hazards potentially existing in our operation, take actions to minimize the risk to be acceptable.
? Update the legal requirement on time to ensure the business com-plied with the legal requirement.
? Apply safety management tools such as risk assessment, machine guarding assessment, safety training, accident investigation, TOSH, BBS, KYT, Safety Inspection etc. to improve employees’ safety awareness
? Take actions to control the highest risk and significant environment impacts in the plants.
? Establish fire fighting management system including emergency plan, drills and update BCP on time to ensure effective emergency response.
? Ownership of Occupational health management in the plant
? Good communication with relevant parties to ensure compliance with all activities
? Other tasks assigned by superior.
任职资格：
? Above university education majoring in safety engineering or other engineering.
? Certificate national safety engineer
? Certificate internal auditor of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 sys-tem
? Above 7 years EHS management experience with 3 years’ experience in the same position in Automotive, Chemical and Heavy industries.
? Strong sense of risk analysis, risk control and risk management
? Familiar with safety management tools such as BBS, KYT, TOSH, Safestart, 5W,8D,ergonomics etc.
