职位描述：
Responsiblities:
1. Attend the ISO/TS quality system setup, review and maintain the documents as necessary
2. Setup and update the in-process inspection standard
3. Daily non-conforming products statistic and analysis
4. Organize monthly quality meeting, analysis quality issue, establisy and follow up the correction plan.
5. Collect the basic data, and use the SPC to analysis the process
6. Customer complain analysis, establish and follow up the correction plan
7. May coach and supervise technicians or inspectors.
8. Assist the QS to complete and maintain the control plan
9. Assist the QS to Setup and update the products audit plan and implement.
10. Assist the AQE to perform the capability studies on new jobs and other situations as needed.
11. Assist the AQE/QS to Completes any gage R&R studies as any required for new job and/or internal needs.
12. Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager
Requirements:
1. College Degree majored in Mechanics.
2. At least 3 years relevant position work experience in automotive company.
3. Familiar with APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC
4. Familiar customer requirement such as QSB, Q1,Formal Q etc.
5. Good experience on Quality System and ISO/TS16949 certification, Internal auditor is preferred.
