职位描述
Major Accountabilities :
To search for, select and hire new management to align with current and future business strategies:
Sourcing:
1. To support line managers on appropriate recruitment tools and agree with senior management & HR Managers on tailored recruitment strategy, closely collaborates with selected executive search companies and use internal search capability as well as personal network to source top talents.
Selection:
2. To screen identified candidates, select a shortlist and forward to line manager & HR Generalist, applying the most appropriate selection approach.
Hiring:
3. To ensure availability and sending of complete contract, discuss and agree remuneration package with one-over-one manager,
4. To support staffing projects to develop and implement new recruitment/ assessment tools.
5. To respond to business needs and proactively identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing and selection..
6. To comply employment laws/ regulations as well as with company's hiring policy.
7. To update hiring status/result weekly to ensure hiring tracking with BU heads & HR Generalist
8. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant:
Refer to Annual performance target setting.
Job Dimensions (Indicate key facts and figures)
Ideal Background: Minimum 5 years staffing Management expereince out of +12 years HR experience
Education: University degree in social sciences,psychology, business degree or professional HR qualification
Languages: English. Other languages desirable
Canadidate with international education and work experience is preferred.
