职位描述：
The GL accountant reports to the Accounting Manager. Essential duties and responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

Responsible for General Ledger booking:
- Maintain chart of accounts, unit codes, fixed asset, class codes,… in ERP system (Syteline)
- Set up monthly closing schedule
- Work with other positions to smooth the closing process
- Maintain foreign currency rate every month in ERP System
- Prepare accrual and amortization journals in General Ledger of ERP
- Prepare monthly account reconciliation
- Check and post all journals except his/her own
- Do the reevaluation for GL transactions
- Collect B/S account reconciliation files, check and sign for responsibility
- Oversee, AP, AR and Fixed Asset, inter company, Cost and inventory transactions, run Trial Balance to make sure all the transactions are complete and correct
- Offer timely & accurately monthly taxes declaration to Tax Bureau, which includes VAT, stamp tax, EIT, property tax etc, complete the withholding tax affairs.
- Get the Utility VAT return.
- Tax report preparation monthly, annual EIT liquidation report, Annual union examination preparation.
- Be the key interface with State tax bureau and local tax bureau
- File and manage the Tax related documents
- Prepare the local financial reports and get the approval from company
- Monthly statistic reports to local authorities (tax bureau, finance bureau etc)
- Intercompany reconciliation coordination and BOI declaration
Responsible for Fixed Asset/intangible asset booking :
- Record fixed asset/intangible asset additions and disposal, retirements in the fixed assets system.
- Perform fixed/intangible assets accounts reconciliation between GL and sub-ledger
- Identify and fix reconciling differences in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain fixed assets module in ERP
- Fixed asset/intangible asset numbering and tag pasting by working with custodian
- Calculate depreciation on the various asset classes and post depreciation entries to the general ledger (after accounting supervisor validation); develop and prepare reports to verify accuracy of depreciation calculations
- Conduct fixed asset yearly physical count
- Fixed asset/intangible asset impairment test on yearly basis
- Ensure that assets and capitalized items purchased through various channels (purchase order system, credit card, and personal expense report) are recorded into the fixed asset databases
- Work to streamline and increase efficiencies where applicable
- Monthly investment report to identified company


He/she will be responsible of the relationship between the Shared Services Centre and an identified company; also the designated functions people under AP, AR, Fixed assets, GL, Front office will report to this position.

Other duties as assigned by manager.

Note: business trips within China should be expected from time to time.

You will be in constant relationship with Purchases and operational depts., business controller, AP, AR and FA, accountants…

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Accounting/Finance degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years' experience, Strong GL accounting skills in manufacturing environment.
Computer Skills: SAP business one or Syteline + Standard computer skills; experience in Excel, Word,
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French or English is a plus).
Special Skills: Ability to work with people in other departments; possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail; ability to handle duties as required 举报 分享
