Backend

The back-end segments Sensors, Chip Card and Chip Embedding allow the development of cross-collaborative innovations over the entire value chain from chip production to wafer testing, preassembly, package design and the development of new materials.

In your new role you will:

• Introduce new equipment or new process with focus on GlobTop and Mold package.
• Find out and drive solution to improve stability, yield and reliability of the new package in collaboration with Regensburg Development.
• Detect the process deviations, determine the root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Drive & implement cost reduction project.
• Evaluate unit process changes by assessing influences on subsequent processes, inline and electrical parameters and product performance.
• Support on production stability, quality assurance and internal/external customer complain.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimum bachelor degree with engineering background and at least 10 years' experience in semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with assembly process and equipment.
• Solid knowledge of DMAIC, MSA, DOE, 8D, FMEA, control plan etc.
• Systematic logic thinking and problem solving skill.
• Enriched project management experience.
• Strong communication skill in Chinese and English. And good team work spirit
