Mobility is the goal：
Reporting
- Prepare monthly closing package, and deliver with quality assurance and on time.
- Produce expense variance analysis to function heads.
- Break down recovery gaps and continuously contribute on efficiency improvement from historical figures.
- Develop effective tools or models to standardize reports.
- Other report requirements from supervisor and managers.
Controlling:
- Track and categorize quality costs for a better control.
- Evaluate the alignment between current process and ICFR; make proposal on improvement of daily operation.
- Track direct product cost/C1 on reference models, reconcile cost reduction initiatives between CCL report and reference models, and verify CCL initiatives.
- Sales orders pre-calculation and post-calculation comparison. Make variance analysis between reference models and actual projects.
- LEAN project supporting.
- Ad hoc controlling and analysis required by management.
Projects
- Monitor and analyze capex and expense for projects.
- Support finance projects by providing accurate and timely figures.
- Ad hoc project support assigned by supervisor and managers.
System
- Propose SAP improvement plan to enhance the efficiency of CO and FI.
- Daily maintenance on CO module.
Mobility needs you：
- Above bachelor degree; Major in accounting or related.
- Above four years work experience in finance department, at least two years in financial analysis and management.
- Adept in Excel and PowerPoint. VBA is preferable.
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
- Team player
- Strong sense of responsibility.
