职位描述：
The Regional IT Project Manager role is a business facing role that reports to the Senior IT Director APAC Region. Primary responsibilities include the following:

■ Oversees the complete delivery of an IT solution to support the implementation of a business project or major change initiative (scoping, requirements, build and test, implement, post-go live)
■ Develops the project plan with the business and internal / external IT resources
■ Responsible for all project management related activities (tasks, timeline, budget, scope, governance) with the business and the IT organization to ensure a smooth delivery of an IT solution
■ Oversees several critical steps of the project plan (user requirements, external specifications, change management, testing, go live, post go live)
■ Coordinates project activities with other parts of the IT organization (CoE, infrastructure, developers)
■ Reports project progress and critical risks to the Senior IT Director APAC Region, in line with IT governance principles & documentation and lead or is part of the Project Steering Committee

The IT Project Manager role requires strong project management skill and general knowledge of the specific business function or process being supported.
