Main Responsibilities
1. Support on hotel accommodation, flight ticket booking and transportation arrangement for internal colleagues and external visitors
2. Support on payment voucher preparation as required
3. Support on company event, such as meetings, annual dinner, outing, etc.
4. Other administrative support on request
Requirements:
1. Graduate in/after 2018(倾向于大三在读或研究生在读)
2. Good communication and interpersonal skill
3. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
4. Good knowledge and skill of MS Office
5. Can attend to work at least 4-5 days per week
6. Attention to detail and hard-working
7. Able to work independently, carefully, and patiently
8. Have an intern experience in a foreign company
9. Prefer Shanghainese
