二、岗位职责Job Responsibility

行政工作：

1，为公司员工或客户预订机票、酒店，负责订餐等

2，公司食堂的日常管理，包括餐费的统计等

3，办公用品、劳保用品的请购、管理与分发

4，公司车辆调度，周末班车安排等

5，转接电话，制作欢迎牌，接待来访客人.

6，基于TS及政府要求的工厂安全管理，包括消防设备管理、抗台风防护等；

7，除变电房和空压机外的工厂设施管理，包括厂房修缮等；

8，公司危废及废料处理。

人事工作：

1，新员工入职手续办理，包括收集审核新员工资料、办理工卡、发放办公及劳保用品，新员工个人信息输入等；

2，离职员工手续办理，包括离职物品签收, 工卡注销，离职员工信息更新等。

3，考勤统计与核对以保证考勤系统资料与员工实际出勤状况相符，协调维护考勤系统，员工请假管理。

4，直接员工招聘，协助人力资源经理处理间接员工招聘。

5，跟当地劳动部门保持良好的联系，处理日常的员工关系、员工活动，及时反馈员工问题，必要时协助人力资源经理处理劳务纠纷。

6，负责劳动合同的签订、续签等，员工试用期到期提醒等资料准备；

7，协助总部人力资源经理协调员工绩效考核、培训及薪资福利事宜。

8，建立和维护员工档案库，有序管理员工档案。
