职位描述：

1.工作要求Job Requirements：

1. 工科背景，汽车行业4年以上相关的供应商管理或质量管理经验；

2. 熟悉ISO/TS的质量体系要求，QS五大手册，VDA或FORMEL Q等汽车行业管理标准，对供应商审核程序及要求熟练掌握，具有专业的审核技能；

3. 具有相关专业技能如注塑、冲压 模具开发周期长产品的专业知识，熟悉各种质量统计和控制工具，并有丰富的现场审核和处理问题能力，并能指导供应商做质量改进；

4. 适应经常出差，原则性和抗压性高，具有良好的团队合作精神；

5. 能进行英文的邮件沟通，过英语CET4；

2. 工作职责及内容 Responsibilities：

1. 处理供应商交付的零件在公司和客户端发生的各种质量问题，并对各种质量问题进行汇总，统计、分析，提出改进措施，追踪供应商的8D改善进度并及时完成对供应商的索赔；

2. 对厂内IQC不良品及时处理，推动供应商提供8D等改善措施并完成对供应商的索赔；

3. 参与每天工厂的质量汇判，并及时对供应商进行材质损索赔；

4. 按月度、季度和年度对供应商进行绩效评价，确定出高关注供应商，并做月度汇报；

5. 制定每年重点供应商的提升计划，对其进行现场培训和辅导；

6. 完成对供应商子零件的年度再评定，对全尺寸、材料、性能等检测项目每年进行复测，提升产品的可靠度；

7. 每周要求供应商提供周报，追踪监控供应商的质量表现，若有异常及时去供应商去排查，对模具寿命到期的及时去实地考察模具的状况并反馈采购审核的结果；

8. 量产零件的EC变更管理，重新批准PPAP，负责对检具、进料检规和控制计划等更新发布；

9. 量产供应商的变更管理，包括场地、模具、图纸、工装、工艺等等，评审并重新进行PPAP批准；

10. 负责每年与供应商签订质量协议和4M变更承诺书；

11. 负责供应商的年度审核，并跟踪问题点的关闭；

12. 管理第三方的分检的工作，制作筛选的作业指导书并对供应商进行索赔；

13. 负责内外部审核的检规、控制计划核对和更新，以及其他的配合工作。
