工作要求Job Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业毕业

Bachelor degree or above, Major in Computer Science or similar

2. 至少拥有支持制造型工厂ERP系统日常运行5年以上经验，并具有基本的企业业务流程经验 （订单到现金，采购到付款，MRP，制造和其他）。具有财务知识和经验更佳

Minimum 5 years working experience supporting an ERP System in a manufacturing company, general working knowledge of the business process (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, MRP, Manufacturing, EDI, etc.). Excellent knowledge and experience in Finance will be preferred.

3. 有QAD 维护和开发经验（Progress (4GL)语言开发）、C#、Basic的.Net开发和Unix 管理经验优先考虑。

QAD experience in maintenance and development (Progress Language（4GL） Development)，C#, Basic language and Linux Management will be preferred.

4. 具有ERP 实施项目管理经验，和系统应用开发生命周期管理。

Experience in project management of ERP Implementation, Systems Application Development Lifecycle Management.

5. 良好的英文听说读写能力. 良好的解决问题、人际交往能力

Good command both oral and written English skill. Good problem solving, interpersonal skills.

6. 制造行业背景, 汽车行业更好

Background of manufacturing industry, working in automotive industry will be preferred.

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 维护，优化，提升伟速达中国ERP 系统和跟相关的其他应用。

Maintain, Optimize and improve VAST China ERP System and related other applications.

2. 提供给用户稳定，可持续，有效率的ERP 服务，包括ERP服务器和数据库的维护，EPP最终用户支持和程序开发。

Provide stable, continuous and efficient ERP services to users. Including ERP server and Database maintenance, ERP end users support & Programming.

3. 密切与业务合作，分析业务需求，提供解决方案，并且得到确认后执行。维护和遵守IT更改管理制度, SOX 和相应的其他的制度。

Work closely with business to analyze business requirement, recommend solution and carry it out after approved. Stick to and comply with IT Change Management Policy, SOX & related other policies.

4. 提供ERP的日常支持，为最终用户发现并解决问题和其他程序开发任务。

Provide ERP daily support. Trouble shooting for end users and some programming tasks.

5. 在IT经理的带领下实施和管理IT项目。

Be under IT manager’s lead to implement and manage IT projects.

6. 和外部专家一起完成企业ERP升级计划（QAD EE, SAP, Oracle）并负责后期实施。

Support external consultants to compete ERP upgrade evaluation on QAD EE, SAP, Oracle Business Suite, etc. Follow up new ERP platform implementation

7. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；

Complete other assignments given by superiors.
