1. 熟悉原材料的市场行情，熟悉注塑件制程，工艺成本结构以及市场情况。

Familiar with cost structure and forming principle of plastic parts，familiar with injection process,cost structure and market price trend.

2. 熟悉汽车行业采购渠道，了解采购程序, 有成本分析能力

Familiar with the process of purchasing and good skill of price negotiating.

3. 了解与采购相关的财务知识.

4. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

Good skills of English listening, reading, write and spoken

5. 良好的沟通与协调能力

Good communication and co-ordination skills with other department

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 负责日常采购活动，包括供应商评估，报价，成本分析，合同谈判，建议供应商和顺利的沟通和协调与其他团队和部门的合作

To take care of the daily purchasing activities including supplier evaluation, RFQ, cost analysis, contract negotiation, proposal of supplier and smooth communication and coordination with other functional teams and department

2. 采购，开发和管理供应商以支持业务发展

To sourcing, develop and manage commodity supplier base to support the business development

3. 不断提高供应商在成本和价格稳定的质量和交货绩效的竞争力包括年度成本降低，供应链优先次序，合理化的供应基地，等等。

To continually improve the competitiveness of supplier at cost and price at consistent quality and delivery performance including annual cost down, prioritizing of supply chain, rationalization of supplier base, etc.

4. 提供有竞争力的采购解决方案和建议，支持发展新业务，增加市场份额

To provide competitive purchasing solution and proposal to support the development of new business and increasing of market share

5. 确保项目按照客户要求的方向进行，及时交付

To assure the on-time delivery of program at the orientation of customer

6. 完成在采购过程中的各项要求及活动

To fulfill other activities and requirement as in the purchasing process

完成领导交付的其他工作安排

To take the other tasks assigned by management
