1.负责课程的教授及公开课的支持；
2.制定教学计划、准备教案，保证教学质量；
3.协助教学主管处理各类教学事务；
4.帮助学生制定合适的学习计划；
5.对学生的学习进行持续的跟踪；
6.积极配合学校其他部门的工作；
任职要求：
1.大学专科或以上学历，英语专业，一年以上幼教或少儿英语授课经验；
2.流利的英语听说读写能力，具有良好的和外教沟通协调的能力；
3.富有亲和力、爱心、责任心，通晓少儿主理；善于调动儿童学习积极性；
4.能吃苦耐劳，具有敬业精神及团队合作精神和组织协调能力；
5.具备一定主持、表演和大型活动策划能力；
6.热爱教育事业，接受学校各项规章制度和考核；
7.本岗位工作性质为全职，采用轮班制，能适应周六、周日上班；
Requirements:
Giraffe English is looking for both part time and full time teachers. The main qualifications for working at Giraffe English are a love of children and a desire to see them grow and learn. Teachers should be patient and willing to develop their teaching skills according to the requirements of the students they teach. We believe that learning a language is also an approach to a culture.
1. Native English speakers with North American accent
2. A four-year bachelor’s degree or a master degree from an accredited college or university
3. TEEL,TESL or equivalent certifications
4. Good communication skills and presentation of demo classes, activities…etc.
5. Good command of story telling in English
6. Available to work evening hours and work on English
7. One-year of contract with Giraffe English
8. Teaching experience at English centers in Suzhou or in Taiwan would be plus
9. Initial training and orientation is required before teaching.
Responsibilities:
1. Chinese and foreign teachers have an equal share of the teaching responsibilities
2. Both teachers have equal status and are expected to coordinate their lesson plans and discuss student progress and performance prior to class
3. Chinese teachers have the additional responsibilities of giving and correcting student’s homework, giving regular quizzes, giving recording assignments and conducting telephone teaching. 举报 分享
