职位描述
1.Develop channels and direct the process of selling the entire Texwipe product portfolio to customers and prospects.
2.Regularly monitors customers’ needs and Texwipe’s product offerings to ensure needs are understood.
3.Consistently monitors results of sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking through the use of CRM software and other designated IT tools.
4.To identify, qualify, close and record every sales opportunity in line with the International Sales process.and to maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
5.Establish and maintain effective communication with strategically important customers.
6. Serves as a role model and coach to the distributors in all aspects of the sales process and customer relationship management.
7.Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of markets, products, and buying practices relevant to the Texwipe product portfolio.
8.Ensure that comprehensive product and application knowledge is used to successfully conduct effective consultative selling presentations.
9. Present and articulate technical product differentiation features and benefits.
10.Communicate business and sales objectives and action plans to team members and reports sales progress to management via monthly reports.
11.Regularly provide oral and written communication to direct reports of successes, failures, best practices etc to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of individuals and the entire regional team.
12.Maintain familiarity with ITW and Texwipe Company policies and procedures and presents a professional image as a Company ambassador.
13.Able to work independently and proactively provide feedback;Experienced in channel/distributor management;Ability to speak Mandarin fluently;Excellent written, interpersonal and presentation skills;Sound technical application knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing/production;Excellent customer handling skills;Maintain balanced approach under stressed situations;Good organization and documentation skills.
14.BA/BS, MS degree;Background in the life sciences preferred.
15.Minimum of 5 years experience in clean room sales and sales management, Experiences in pharmaceutical clean room preferred;The incumbent must possess experience in: team management, sales strategies and personal selling effectiveness, analytical and problem solving skills, client relationship management skills, channel/distributor management and communication skills.
16.Extensive travel within Northern China
