职位描述：
Position: Web Editor and Digital Marketing
Objective: The role of Web and Digital Marketing Editor covers following responsibility:

- Drive the awareness of the brand thru internet and be part of the digital marketing development for Boxon China to generate leads.
- Contribute in development of functions like my pages and customer portal.

Job Description

1. Web Management

Responsibilities:
Make sure content on websites are correct and updated
Make sure graphical content on websites are correct and follows Boxon’s graphical guidelines
Manage Boxon’s Social Media accounts

Main assignments:
Update content on Chinese and English website for Boxon China
- Contact information(contact information,new wmployees etc)
- Product news and articles
- Cusotmer cases
- General news(job ads,press release,event information)
- Campaign pages
- Graphical parts on the front page
- Call-to-actions on the pages
- Follow up on some statistics

Development
Promote and expand standard range
E-commerce development


2. E-mail campaigns

Responsibilities:
Maintain a cusotmer data base with updated e-mail address
Ensure sendouts according to plan
Make sure newsletters and campaigns look good and follows Boxon’s graphcial guidelines

Main assignments:
Produce newsletters and campaigns
- Set up a plan together with DMM in Sweden and GM in Shanghai
- Collect product information and news for the newsletters
- Produce graphical material for the newsletters
- Put together newsletters
- Maintain customer/lead list
- Keep track and follow up on sent newsletters

Development
Segment groups for targeted sendouts

3. Marketing

Responsibilities:
Make sure all external material follow Boxon’s graphical guidelines
Make sure all content on external material is correct, updated and approved by Boxon/cusotmers
Maintain contact with print agencies in Shanghai and approve proof

Main assignments:
Printable material
- Produce/update products sheets
- Produce/update product folders and brochures
- Update product catalogue
- Produce customer cases
- Update company presentation
- Assist with printable material for events
- Assist with printables material for the sales department when needed

Development
Define marketing strategies for both our standard range but also our offer for Scandinavian customers.

Report to：
General Manager and Digital Marketing Manager of Group

Required skills
- Good level in Design and Photoshop
- English language written and verbal
- Chinese language wrrittrn and verbal
- Experiences from CMS systems and e-marketing systems
- Knowledge in SEO
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft office package
- Experience from printing marketing materials
- Westen cultural experience
