职位描述：
工作职能：
* Monitor and analyze all aspects of profitability, in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager Greater China. Analysis of sales at a business and distributor level, margins (CM1 and CM2), networking capital, cost changes, product portfolio performance.
* Support with report generation, product analysis, presentations, sales data, forecasts, rebate information, market research. This includes developing information systems to access data from SAP for all functions in the business as required.
Maintaining and developing tools for the sales teams in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager (Profitability Analysis Templates, stock lists).
* Assists in preparation of Marketing presentations, brochures, advertising, and relevant input to Marketing related packaging information.
Assists to align product portfolio with business strategy and manage development via the APAC technical and sales functional heads and their teams.
* Responsible for organizing our participation and promoting our company image, product and service at all events such as; ChinaCoat, China Composite, other coating events such as PCI, Ringier Summit.
* Be responsible for the promotion and advertisement of the company image in media-magazines such as PCI, China Coating Industry, etc. This includes being the China contact window for the global communication manager & Regional sales & marketing Manager for newsletters, articles, etc about the marketing activities in China.
* Product portfolio management, analysis and recommendations for product and package rationalization. Provide information as needed on new segments, applications and technologies for Sales & Marketing Team.
* Provide support and guidance in color concept/color trends to help promote our products. Work closely with color expert in this industry to help assist our color promotion.
* Complete special projects and perform other duties from time to time as requested by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
要求：
* At least 3 years’ experience in marketing within a related industry
* Bachelor degree, major in statistics or technical area preferred
* Proven communication skills, internally with the team as well as with customers.
* Proficient in bilingual communication in English and Chinese (oral and written)
* Bachelor degree or above (ideally in a relevant field, e.g. business administration or marketing)
Self-motivated and flexible team player.
