职位描述：
基本工作职责:
1.安装、配置和维护系统硬件和软件及相关的基础设施。
2.为各种项目和运营需要提供IT相关解决方案。
3.按照标准和项目/运营要求, 安装/重建服务器的硬件,外设,服务,设置,目录、存储等。
4.履行日常系统监控,验证所有硬件、服务器资源、系统和关键流程的完整性和可用性,检查系统和应用程序日志,并且验证完成预定的工作,如备份。
5.执行日常安全监控，识别任何可能的入侵行为。
6.操作系统和管理工具的补丁和升级的。
7.日常终端用户支持,培训最终用户，提高最终用户的电脑技能。

教育背景/工作经验/关键能力：
1.本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.3年以上IT系统管理经验；
3.具备以下两项以上能力或经验：
a）Windows 服务器，AVAYA， Skype for Business 电话交换机管理
？b）NetAPP存储的知识和技能
？c）SCOM， SCCM 实施及维护
？d）TSM， Commvault备份的知识和经验
？e）Vmware虚拟服务器的维护
？f）Sharepoint 管理与开发相关经验
4.了解ISO14001，了解TS16949或ISO9001。
