职位描述：
1.操作并维护各种加工设备，如车床，钻床，铣床，带锯机，磨光机等。
2.能根据设计要求在预期时间内完成样品试制和夹具加工，评估产品设计的可行性和可靠性。
3.操作CNC，进行编程和优化。
4.运用快速成型机制造基本模型，了解铸造、加工和装配的基本方法及技巧。
5.计划并维护所需的原材料、零部件、工具、设备、机器等。
6.确保工作、材料、设备和车间安全有序，遵守所有成立部门和环境的安全规范，产业政策和其他惯例。
7.协助测试工程师完成一些测试项目和台架搭建，协助设计工程师完成一些产品或者概念验证。
8.履行其他必需的相关工作。
9.指定人员了解化学品管理，确保化学品储存符合相关要求。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历；
2.机械加工或制造领域五年以上工作经验；
3.善于解决问题，三年以上实践经验；
4.充分掌握对塑料、钢铁、铝等产品的加工知识；
5.会CAD制图或3维CAD软件则更好；
6.熟练应用办公室软件，word/excel/power point等；
7.独立工作能力强，团队协作精神佳，出色的人际关系和交流技巧；
8.了解 ISO14001，了解TS16949或ISO9001
