1. 挖掘商机,维护和发展现有的客户关系,发展潜在客户;
1. Develop and explore business opportunities; maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers;
2. 制定销售计划完成季度、年度销售目标;
2.Make sales plan within overall framework to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets;
3熟悉公司服务项目及产品,及时准确的为客户提供最适合的服务项目;
3.Be familiar with the company's business service and products, provide customers with the most suitable service timely and accurately;
4及时将客户的需求反馈给公司,减少沟通壁垒;
4.Response to the customer's needs timely, improve communication efficiency;
5不定期与合作客户进行沟通,建立良好的长期合作关系;
5.Communicate with customers regularly and establish and maintain good relation;
6领导安排的临时任务;
6.Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager ;
岗位要求:Job requirements
1全日制本科以上,财经、金融、市场营销专业优先;
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, marketing preferred;
2对销售工作有较高的热情,具备较强的学习、沟通能力;
2. Have a high enthusiasm for sales work, have strong learning and communication skills;
3性格外向,具备良好抗压能力;
3. Outgoing personality, ability to work under pressure, aggressive;
4 英语、日语良好者优先;
4. Good English or Japanese is preferred.
