Lab Technician /实验室技术员
Objectives
? Develop and adapt products and process quality to fulfill the customer’s requests under the management of team leader in accordance with the rules of business and the company quality &Safety
Main Tasks
? Develops new products and modify existing products, processes and methods to fulfill technical and customers' requirements within the toolbox guidelines and time schedule.
? Track the performance of the trial batches in production customer lines and improve the recipes accordingly.
? Cooperate with different departments with regard to NCM solution and make test to handle the lab workflows in the agreed area of responsibility
? Implement optimization measures to the responsible products and lab test to verify the new techniques, methods etc
? Solves problems, examines root causes of encountered problems and implement the lab tests to work out sound solutions to the problems both from the theoretical and by experimental aspects
? Document experiments and provides complete information in accordance with applicable rules based on instructions, share Lab test report as well as the lesson learn summary
? Ensure the responsible area to fulfill the rules of Quality and safety of the company.
? Implement test to verify the new materials or replacement from TU under the leading of supervisor.
Minimum Education
? Education: Bachelor or above in chemical field
? WorkingExperience:2+years in OEM coating field or related
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good sense of technology automotive OEM Coatings; Sprit of team work.




应用技术员/Application technician
Objectives
? 遵照安全操作规程，确保自身的安全；
? Obey instruction of safety，Ensure safety on all levels;
? 及时完成所有应用喷涂需求，严格按照技术规范要求操作；
? Implement and fulfill all application requirements timely and strictly follow specification;
? 熟练操作喷涂设备；
? Operate spray machine proficiently.
? 翻二班工作，保证沟通及交接班顺畅。
? 2-Shift working and ensure good hand-over communication between shifts.
Main Tasks
? 确保一切安全行为；
? Ensure all safety activities;
? 及时完成所有应用喷涂需求，严格按照技术规范要求操作，确保制板质量；
? Implement and fulfill all application requirements timely and strictly follow specification ,and ensure the quality of panel spray;
? 熟练操作喷涂设备;
? Operate spray machine proficiently;
? 对所有喷涂设备定期校正，确保喷涂质量稳定；
? Weekly & monthly calibration for all spray machine to ensure same quality of spray outs in any time;
? 熟练使用检测涂膜性能（膜厚/桔皮）等仪器；
? Use measuring device proficiently, e.g. film thickness meter / waves can;
? 培训新加入公司的员工，使其能够独立操作;
? Have the ability to train and guide fresh employees;
? 翻二班工作，保证沟通及交接班顺畅。
? 2-Shift working and ensure good hand-over communication between shifts.
? Education: technical secondary school or above
? Working Experience: 1 years of related chemical industry work
? Technical &Professional Knowledge: Chemical operation, EHS knowledge, mechanic facility operation skills
