Main Job Description:

As an expert of PLC you are responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving PLC and PC program of the automation equipment. Your tasks are challenging and multi-faceted: clarification and definition of the requirements with regards of PLC program.

You will be responsible for:

* Responsible for technical support of electrical control system including hardware and software during the whole product development process: from pre-development to serial start including the troubleshooting after the production start.

* Evaluating of the solution of Non-standard equipment control system provided by supplier.

* Works with global team for new line installation and qualification at Shanghai, may require travel to foreign country for training or assignment.

* Develop and optimize company equipment performance specification and standards with headquarters.

* Design and manufacture the standard control system including SW and HW for some special projects.

* Trouble shooting and reengineering of production processes within the scope of requirements of new product design.

Key Requirement:

Education & Experience Required:

* 3-5 year’s industry automatic field in design and commissioning experience.

* Well know PLC and PC application in industry automatic,especially Beckhoff PLC

* Well know the process of automotive manufactory process and it’s equipment.

* Engine or automotive work experience is obliged.

* BS in Engineering Automation is obliged.

Business/Technical Skills Obliged:

* Experience with Denso robot and Cognex CCD

* Knowledge of machine automation, automotive assembly systems, applications of robotics, pneumatic & hydraulic design;

* Ability to Office software (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc.);

Behavioral Skills Preferred:

* Effective communication and presentation skills;

* Fast Learning skills;

* Thoroughness and accuracy;

* Competition spirit ,work passion and generosity;

* Fluent spoken and written English;

* Travel availability.
