Two onsite recruiters are required in Shanghai downtown to work for Robert Walter's Resource Solutions ( RS) business.

Responsibilities:
? work with resourcing solutions team to plan appropriate sourcing strategies for upcoming projects and requirements.
? screen and short list potential candidates.
? communication with candidates at all levels.
? database management and searching.
? build out our talent pools and talent pipelines for future requirements.
Requirements:
? bachelor degree or above
? 2 - 5 years recruitment experience is preferred
? experiences in volume recruitment and assessment centers
? good command in English and Mandarin
