职位描述
【Responsibilities】
1. Process customer orders accurately into SAP
2. Ensure acknowledgement of orders back to customer
3.Handle all order changes, either customer initiated or IFF initiated, and communicate status to appropriate parties.
4. Provide after-sales service support when necessary
5. Set up and maintain all customer related Masterdata in SAP, excluding pricing.
6. Running of open sales order report and other related reports for effective order follow up
7. Track order fulfillment progress and proactively communicate exceptions to customer and management.
8. Ensure conformance with pricing files & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
9. Respond to order related customer inquiries and complaints & enter SAP notifications as required.
10. Follow up on missing paperwork or transportation queries
11. Issue Credit and Debit Notes with compliance to internal process
12.Provide safety stock & inventory information to Customers as required, including requests for expiry extensions and repacks of materials.
13. Complete End of Month processes from release of invoices, credits, returns or other related open matters.
14. Knowledge and application of the daily Shipping Buffer and Order Issues reports
15. Provide back-up coverage for the Customer Service team members who are out of the office for Oceania.
16.Perform as a member to achieve sales and operating budgets as set by the company each year.
17. Aspire to Good Manufacturing Practices and Housekeeping in all projects undertaken, which includes a requirement for a safe working environment. Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the companies OH&S policy.
【Requirements】
Essential:
Up to 2 years previous Customer Service experience
Strong verbal and written communications
Strong relationship building skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
Solid problem solving and decision making skills
Individual contributor and also a team-player
Hardworking and task-oriented with attention to detail.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of SAP & MS applications
