职位描述

Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
Administrative and operational responsibility of related manufacturing
processes
Provide direction and leadership to related area personnel

Responsibilities and main tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
Ensure key production indicators and metrics are achieved, such as
throughput , CSR , Quality and cost objectives
Monitor operations with in there scope, collect and handle improvement
ideas
and promote and innovative environment. Recommend revisions to the
operating policies as applicable.
Anticipate on, and recognise and take action for events/situations that
could
adversely affect production efficiencies.
Keep abreast of technical developments by maintaining constant contact
with
suppliers and customer and correct study of relevant literature.
Actively participate in the quality and improvement process and apply the
principals of continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
Ensure optimum utilisation of raw materials and personnel by careful
employment of all available resources.
??Responsible for the execution of once approved budget on time and in
budget.
Demonstrate positive two-way communications, fair and consistent
administration of company policy and procedure, respoonsivenes to employee
concerns and problems.
Ensure support to engineering for the purchase of new equipment (draw
up
equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analyses)
Responsible for production ramp-up of new equipment (including
installation,
qualification and production implementation)
Ensure standardization of each process is maintained across all related
functions
Ensure support to engineering for qualification activities of new materials,
chemistries, processes within the related group
Ensure all processes are aligned with specification and parameters

Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
Authority to give instructions and disciplinary guidance to subordinates
Provide leadership and support to all of his or her employees

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
Technical background
Degree education preferred
Managerial experience preferred
Experience in related industry is preferred
Fluent written and oral English
Open minded approach
Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
Ability to work in a stressful environment
Good analytical skills with attention to detail
Good team working spirit and leadership skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
