Job Description
？ Manage the processes of economic/finance planning and control in line with the accounting principles defined by the company and in compliance to country law and regulation
？ Cooperate in the formulation of the long-term company plan, by performing required financial analysis and relevant planning
？ Coordinate and optimize the annual budget process and periodical economical and financial reports, monitoring business progress
？ Mange activities related to accounting, balance preparation, proper management of the cash flow and tax strategy analyzing the main KPIs
？ Ensure correct recording of all the administrative facts as well as correct filing of documents to achieve high reliability of the financial data of JV
？ Guarantee the definition and implementation of administrative methodologies in order to adjust and improve administration & control system.
Qualifications:
？ . Graduate degree in Economics, or BS/BA in Accounting or Finance ( preferred: MBA )
？ .Relevant experience in multi-national company and in a senior finance position (5 to 8 year’s min.)
？ .Successful work experience in a foreign company abroad China (USA or Europe).
？ .Strong hands-on accounting operating orientation (with special emphasis on planning, risk management, and systems) and excellent financial and tax issues skills
？ .Good understanding of finance ERP systems
？ .Strategic thinker; broad understanding of the business with a financial and operating perspective..
？ .Well developed interpersonal skills, builds trust and confidence
？ .Chinese Mandarin and fluent English required
