Responsibilities:
? Working with global teams, developing software version control system for new projects; maintaining software version control system for ongoing projects, including setting up and maintaining local servers in terms of code synchronization mechanism with remote server with practical strategies.
? Assisting in training software engineers in order for using configuration management tools correctly and efficiently; resolving issues observed by software developers when using configuration management tools. Making sure every defect has traceability back to the source.
? Management and Improve software defect tracking, documentation processes and facilate team interactions related to the process. Enhance related tools to improve work efficiency.
? Build management - Managing the process and tools used for builds. Working with software development team to set up software build environment in both Windows and Linux, including developing necessary scripts using Python/Perl/Shell.
? Preparing product configuration for various products with predefined configuration items and tools; recording, reporting and working with software development team on issues observed in product configuration stage; continuously improving product configuration tools to achieve better productivity.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in computer science, over 2 years working experience as SCM.
? At least two years’ work experience in Python/Perl/Shell script programming.
? At least one year work experience in Subversion.
? Good Unix/Linux system management skills.
? Experience and knowledge in following areas will be a plus;
o GNU makfile programming and debug.
o Bug trace system (such as bugzilla or Team track).
o Knowledge in C/C++.
o OEM(Qualcomm) software solution integration(C based code stream).
? Familiar with software engineering and software development process.
? Able to work under high pressure and in multi-task environment.
? Good communication skills. Good oral and written expression in English.
