Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.
Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.
Responsibilities:
Our Human Capital professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace. Human Resources support our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.
The Experienced Hire Manager will work with the National Resourcing Leader to develop and manage a strategic Resourcing Plan in line with the business strategies of each Line of Service.
Key strategies including:
- Development of best practice selection process in line with agreed competency frameworks
- Marketing of PwC in Mainland China and Hong Kong to achieve ‘employer of choice’ status
- Communication of key resourcing strategies to key stakeholders including LoS and Business Unit leaders
- Enhancing relationships with agencies
Develop and manage client relationships
- Proactively develop and manage strong relationships with key clients to identify resourcing needs and deliver the best people in the market place
- Consult with, influence, advise and coach senior management within the practice on resourcing issues and strategies
- Act as key point of contact for all experienced hire recruitment issues, queries and support
- Communicate relevant national recruitment issues and strategies
Provide recruitment services within region allocated
- Source, select and manage known vacancies in a timely manner
- Conduct sourcing assignments for unique skills as required
- Manage efficient tools and processes to support experienced hire, leveraging from available technology and expertise within the firm and available externally, to achieve efficiencies and cost reduction
- Determine appropriate strategies for individual recruitment processes taking into account urgency, cost and role priority
Coach experienced recruiter
- Delegate tasks and processes to recruiters appropriate
- Coach recruiter around effective recruitment
- Provide day to day guidance and feedback
- Assist in setting personal objectives and conduct formal performance reviews in conjunction with National Resourcing Leader
Manage relationships with agencies and other service providers locally
- Agree terms and conditions of processes
- Brief agencies on role specifications and PwC
- Provide feedback on candidate quality
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in experienced hire, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm
- Experienced in sourcing and selection techniques
- Experienced in leading and coaching a team of HR recruiters
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered
- Demonstrated attention to detail and research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong influencing, negotiation and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships at senior levels
- High proficiency in verbal and written English
- A high level of enthusiasm and energy
- A strong level of commercial awareness
- Proficient in MS Office particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
