工作要求Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering or program management

2.At least 5 year experience in the same function to have developed the required knowledge & skills with the automotive industry. Have practical knowledge of project management.

3.Familiar with TS16949, ISO14000 System and APQP process.

4.Profound knowledge of PC applications, especially MS-Powerpoint and MS-Project

5.Command of English is a must.

6.Good leadership and communication skills at all levels

7.Good business sense, sensitive to identify opportunities for internal cost improvement and better pricing to customer.

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. Lead the project team members. Represent team in a professional manner to the customer and management

2. Know the detailed requirements from customers and VAST China Products and Key Processes, including Product Engineering and Industrial Engineering for responsible products. With regards to cost, timing, quality, involving the proper company functions

3. Reporting project status, potential risks internally to VAST management team, execution of Project Gate Review meetings, creation and maintenance of Project Status Report.

4. Motivates the PM’s under her/his authority and teams to meet commitments and holds the team accountable

5. Responsible of output of project team and customer meetings

6. Review with PMs on KPI achievements on a regular basis.

7. Participate company and department working process optimization, improve team’s working efficiency continuously.

8. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
