职位概要：


Responsible for key customer in all related sales and technical service to reach the sales target.

负责某个特定大客户的销售及技术服务工作。



岗位职责：


- Keep the good relationships with the customer ,provide the excellent support

维护与客户的良好关系提供最优质的服务。

- Develop new opportunities for expanding business into untapped market.

发展现有客户在中国区相关工厂的销售额。

- Support the Sales Director to develop market strategic sales and marketing plans of this customer.

与销售总监一起制订针对该客户的全面的销售计划和营销计划。

- Prepare all the related report and data of this customer to Sales Director.

向上级报告该客户的销售状况，销售结果及销售计划。

- Solve customer’s technical problems, complaints and cooperate with the inner technical team.
与内部技术团队合作，解答客户的技术问题, 投诉。

- To answer the technical question about the application of products负责产品应用方面技术问题的咨询

- Take charge of after sales service in this cusotmer负责公司售后服务工作

- Service on site 现场服务

- Other tasks assigned by line leader 上级主管交办的其他工作任务。



任职要求：


- bachelor degree (or higher) in marketing、machinery related fields
市场营业,机械等相关专业本科以上学历

- Tools product-related training 受过产品知识方面的培训

- at least 5 years sales management experience
5年以上刀具销售经验

- familiar with the marketing information in the whole industry
熟悉所在行业的市场信息

- familiar with office software
熟练使用办公软件

- proficient communicational skills (oral and written) in English
良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力

- strong leadership、communication and mediation skills
有较强领导及沟通协调能力

- self-disciplined, team-oriented and innovative
有良好的纪律性、团队合作以及开拓创新精神

- honest, self-confident; optimistic; working enthusiastically
坦诚自信，乐观进取，有高度的工作热情

- good communication skills and convincing, be able to work under pressure
