Job Description:

1.Continuous improvement of the GETRAG (Q) EHS management system.
*Development and identification of tools and methods for further development of the integrated management system throughout the organization.
*Conduct benchmarking of existing (Q) EHS management systems for development of GETRAG "Best Practice" guidelines.
*Ensure and support in the implementation of the (Q) EHS management system in new projects and new locations.
*Development and documentation of common processes, standards and process metrics, including trend analysis and creation of business line reports.
*Assist in the development of the GETRAG management system manual.
*Development, implementation and maintenance of sustainability (Sustainability-) Management Systems.

2.Auditing and Services

*Optimization of overarching, plant-specific and process-relevant "performance measurement systems".
*Coordination, planning and implementation of its own risk analyzes, system and process audits acc. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001 and IQNET-SR10 and follow the corrective action taken and accompanied by external audits.
*Work closely with the "Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS)" - departments and production sectors in all plants and locations for continuous improvement by identifying and addressing common issues.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

*Successfully completed a relevant degree, preferably as an environmental engineer.
*Knowledge of environmental, health and safety, as well as in the sustainability management.
*Several years of professional experience in the production environment desirable.
*Qualifications and experience as an internal EHS Auditor desired.
*Knowledge of the development and implementation of management systems and the definition of process metrics.

GAP will lead and coordinate engineering and sales activities for GETRAG Corporate Group throughout Asia.
