Job Description:
-Overall responsibility to manage resources in the GETRAG.
-ME standard team for supporting Asian JV companies for their launch activities/objectives.
-Central point of contact for all ME communication within his responsibility between GETARG West and East.
-Driving ME global standards into Asian JV's.
-Develop ME key knowledge in GAP and train/support JV's in key ME disciplines.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Responsible to provide central ME resources from ME standard team to Asian JV's to support their launch activities and objectives.
-Monitor ME requirements for new programs and develop headcount forecasts for key ME positions to support launch activities.
-Manage ME resources cross JV's to avoid duplication of work and positions.
-Support JV's with key technologies in line with global manufacturing strategies.
-Develop footprint of Asian machine supply base.
-Support GFT/GO partnership activities and provide support for implementation into Asian new launches.
-Ensure that ME global standards are driven into the Asian JV's.
-Implementation of manufacturing strategies into JV's
-Support implementation of best practices.
-Ensure close team work with PD on NVH relevant EOL issues.
Education:
-university degree as in engineering.
Job Experience:
-6 to 8 years of job experience in engineering/manufacturing,assembly,logistics and leadership of employees.
-International work experience.
Other:
-Very good communication and negotiation skills,goal-oriented course of action,distinctive convincibility,strong ability to solve complex problems,fluent in written and spoken English.
