Job Description:
This position bases in Nanchang. (Shanghai Contract)
-Continuous improvement of existing test software and processes for end-of-line test equipment for automated manual transmissions and DCT's.
-Develop data base concepts and processes for data collection in the transmission end-of-line test area.
-Work with product development to develop a ''Simultaneous-Engineering-approach''.
-Manage and control the need of new machines/facility expansion/ tools and equipment from feasibility and cost study.
-Create software test specification for new test facilities.Work with product-development to align test specifications and requirements. Support software development between PD and EOL test supplier.
-Manage and control the request and ordering of machinery and equipment,primarily for field test software,CAN-communication.
-Support NVH issue root cause analysis and adopt lessons learned into redefinition of NVH limits for vehicle applications.
-Work with PD on correlation studies for NVH limits.
-Be responsible for acceptance of machines and equipment from the manufacturer. This role includes final commissioning,monitorin machine,deveopment,implementation of final acceptance and handover of equipment to production.
-Create and maintain schedules, monitor and track compliance assessment dates.
-Assist in the development of maintenance plans.


Skills and Knowledge:
-Completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, computer science or engineering(production engineering/production engineering)
-Alternatively foreman or technician degree with a verification of 3 years plant experience for launch and implementation of DCT-EOL test facilities.
-Several years of professional experience in software development for automotive control units and production and transmission technology.
-Experience in project management.
-Independent recognition and be able to work through problems and weak points in the Confirmation Process.
-Documentation and presentation of projects in the manufacturing sector.
-Willingness to 3 years in our joint venture factories in Nanchang /Ganzhou within our posting indicative Linen.
-Business knowledge.
-Team skills, independent,communication skills,show initiative,creativity and the ability for analytical thinking and structured work.
-Very good knowledge of English. Mandarin desirable but not prerequisite.
