Job Summary:


· Responsible for customer service activities associated with performing on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of complex electronic equipment at customer sites
· Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems via telephone or on-site at customer locations
· Checks out and approves operational quality of equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for various projects. This position requires minimum 50% travel
· Capable in handling projects like evaluations, execute project plan, coordinate with supplier and customer for technical requirements.
· Good sense of problem solving skills technically and managing customer
· Ensure customer's perspective is continuously considered and recognized AMTEC as best one-stop solution provider in the service industry.
· Assist in providing leads in generating service and spare parts revenues and software solutions.


Qualifications:


· University graduated in electronics or related technical field
· 6 years hands on SMT field service experience on SMT capital equipment or electro-mechanical equipment
· Preferably with FUJI brand Pick and Place equipment experience
· Able to pick up quick knowledge of other related products
· Working experience with regulators and business partners;
