1. Sourcing the new product at competitive price to achieve project
completion on time rate.
2. Manage and Optimize supplier base under Sourcing Manager instruction.
3. Timely review shelf price to achieve cost reduction plan.
4. Support purchasing planner at strategic level such as price
negotiation, capacity scheduling, new supplier recommendation, etc.
5. Execute new sourcing activity given by the managers.
6. Qualification of suppliers and products

Requirement:
1. Min. 5 years sourcing and supplier developing experience in a
multinational company.
2. Knowledge in manufacturing process and quality system to assess
potential suppliers independently..
4. Ability to organize and plan effectively with project management capability.
5. Work with Engineer and suppliers to identify quality improvements &
cost reduction opportunities
6. Warrantor of good relationship between Sanmina and Supplier
7. Work in close cooperation with all the other Sanmina departments.
8. Strong problem solving ability
9. Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.
10. Proficient oral and written English kills
11. Willing to travel by short notice.
