工作目标：

根据工作安排，按时完成生产任务，并在生产过程中进行自检，确保产品质量。

主要工作职责

1. 负责浇注设备的操作及维护。
2. 严格依照浇注生产流程，加工符合公司要求的产品
3. 日常设备保养，对设备进行检查及保养
4. 严格遵守工艺要求和操作规程，做到安全，谨防事故。
5. 加工完的产品需摆放整齐
6. 按要求填写报表，注明产量和质量。如有停机，须在报表上清楚记录停机时间和原因
7. 了解PU浇注的原理，了解PU浇注设备，工艺的制定， 熟悉PU浇注模具的设计，加工和制作。了解塑料注塑的生产工艺，参与制定新产品开发，模具检验，工艺参数制定，质量缺陷预防和改进的工作。

要求
1. 中专学历
2. 2~3年生产工作经验

任职资格
1. 吃苦耐劳，具有强烈的团队意识
2. 沟通能力、学习能力、团队协作能力

了解PU浇注和浇注设备，熟悉浇注工艺和浇注模具，会浇注加工者优先
