MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To be responsible, maintain and manage financial and accounting transactions/reporting and to provide accounting related services for reporting entities. He or she will work closely with Fenner FAST business cross functions, and external customers, professional parties.


MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

? Compliance with Fenner worldwide business conduct and financial policies.
? Responsible for all transactions related to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts payable ensure all input and transfers are in full integrity in accordance with Fenner finance guidelines.
? Responsible for revenue recognition and all related month end cut-off procedures.
? Lead and be responsible for month end and year end closing for Fenner China FAST business financial accounts covering all statutory and management reporting with full compliance and integrity in accordance with Corporate and management deadline.
? Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual tax return or declaration, manage monthly invoicing activity;
? Assist and provide financial and accounting services to all business and functions in China including support to new entities set up as required
? Provide accounting support and serve as the key contact with bankers, external auditor, local tax authorities and company secretariat as required.
? Co-ordinate, assist and facilitate China staff to follow guidelines on company operating procedures, focusing on business process improvements and to solve accounting and operational issues
? Provide assistant and related trainings to finance and non-finance staffs.
? Assist Financial Director and Management team as required


REQUIREMENTS
B.A in Accounting or business with Accounting Emphasis in University
CPA and/or professional designation preferred
Knowledge on China and/or IFRS


Job Experience
? Experience in managing accounting transactions in MNC
? Competent to understand, manage and fix all accounting related requirements
? Experience to close full set of accounting books and management report consolidation
? Good knowledge and hands on experience in Windows based software and computerized accounting system
? Good command in all aspects to communicate effectively in English and Chinese
? Excellent communication skills and be able to work across functions and countries
? Mature, enthusiastic and positive about one's job
? Hands on experience on finance/accounting projects for regional Distribution Centre and affiliate operations
? Hands on ERP application and Utilization
? Manufacture experience preferred
