Jonas & Redmann (China) Co. Ltd. in Suzhou is the
new subsidiary of Jonas & Redmann Group in China. In order to further
expand the product market and strengthen our sales team in China, we are
looking for

Sales Engineer

Location: Suzhou

Job Description

Good understanding for product life cycle and the
necessary project management and the end-of-life management

Project management between customer, headquarters and
other Jonas & Redmann subsidiaries

Actively engaging with customers for daily operations and
introduction of new products at customer level

Understanding of factory process to facilitate product
introduction

Price /contract negotiations

Collection of market information and supporting Sales
Director to create market strategy

Improve operational fundamentals including forecast
accuracy

Able to independently plan and meet/exceed quarterly
revenue targets for business

Requirements

Bachelor degree or University degree in Mechanical
Engineering

Minimum 3-5 years sales or marketing experience in
Photovoltaic industry or Semi-conductor, with a good technical and commercial
understanding, experience in multinational companies is an asset

Proficient in delivering product/solution
presentations in customer conferences

Chinese native speaker, good command of spoken and
written English

Customer and Sales orientated, strong communication,
presentation and selling skills

Willingness to travel (national)
