Responsibilities 职位职责
1, Arrange booking to forwarder according to delivery plan to ensure on time delivery;
根据交货计划，及时将出口货物向货代订舱，按时出货；
2, Make export related document for customs clearance and export process;
准备出口报关所需文件，保证货物正确、及时向海关申报；
3, Coordinate with warehouse and forwarder to ensure smooth logistics operation;
货代管理并协调货物出口过程中货代和仓库之间的操作，确保日常出口物流顺畅；
4, Provide correct export documents to consignee;
提供准确的出口发运文件给收货人；
5, Follow the return of export customs paper and provide related tax return documents to finance;
跟踪出口报关单的退还，提供准确的出口退税资料给财务；
6, Make timely invoice application to finance for goods export delivery;
- 及时向财务申请开出口发票；
7, Daily check , application, maintain export logistics expenses;
出口物流费用日常审核，申请和维护；
8, Export data record and export documents file maintain.
出口统计数据的及时维护和文件的存档。

Qualifications 任职要求
1, 3 years above experience in Imp & Export logistics;
三年以上进出口物流经验；
2, Experience in material management of SAP;
熟悉物料管理系统 （SAP）；
3, Good in English and PC skills;
英语及电脑熟练运用能力；
4, Strong communication capability;
具有较强的沟通协调能力；
5, Familiar with international business and Imp&Exp regulation;
熟悉国际贸易惯例及进出口法律法规；
6, Familiar with the transportation practice of sea and air shipment;
熟悉海空运，运输惯例 ；
7, Honest, diligent, self-motivated, and team spirits.
诚实，正直，自律上进和团队精神。
